Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Bodynia, an informational AI triage and referral service delivered through Telegram. By using Bodynia, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of the service: Sexual & Reproductive Health only

Bodynia is dedicated exclusively to Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH). Its AI triage, pharmacy-orientation and clinic-referral features cover only: sexually transmitted infections (STIs), contraception, pregnancy-related concerns, and gender-based violence (GBV) support, across the Body (anatomy, puberty, periods), Health (prevention, fertility, contraception, pregnancy, access to care) and Sexuality (relationships, consent, pleasure, risk protection), described through conversation, in text and, optionally, in a photo of a visible skin or genital symptom when that helps. Such photos are analyzed strictly in memory (RAM), with geolocation (EXIF) metadata deleted instantly and no image ever saved to disk. Bodynia never asks for or accepts intimate or identifying photos of any kind. Bodynia is not a general-purpose health app and does not diagnose, triage, or advise on unrelated conditions (e.g. fever, malaria, respiratory illness, injuries, mental health crises unrelated to SRH/GBV). If you describe a concern outside this scope, Bodynia will direct you to seek care from a general clinician or hospital instead of attempting to assist.

2. Not a substitute for emergency care

Within its SRH scope, Bodynia provides informational triage guidance based on WHO-aligned protocols. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace emergency medical services. If you are in a life-threatening situation, contact your nearest hospital or emergency service immediately.

3. No prescription automation & no dangerous self-medication

Bodynia never issues prescriptions, never gives a firm diagnosis, and never automatically recommends antibiotics. Where a medication may be relevant, Bodynia names only the International Nonproprietary Name (INN/DCI) of the molecule (e.g. Levonorgestrel), never a commercial brand, and systematically states: "Here is the product generally recommended for your situation, but please confirm with your pharmacist or doctor before taking anything." All medication or treatment decisions remain the responsibility of a licensed pharmacist or clinician at a state-approved pharmacy, clinic, or hospital.

4. Eligibility

Bodynia is designed to support youth and women seeking Sexual & Reproductive Health guidance in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they choose to share, and for seeking care outside Bodynia's SRH scope from an appropriate general provider.

5. Bodynia Tickets & partner clinics

For Orange-tier (moderate-risk) cases, Bodynia issues a unique, cryptographic Bodynia Ticket, valid for 72 hours, giving a 10% discount and referral exclusively at verified, state-approved partner clinics, exclusively for Sexual & Reproductive Health consultations. For Red-tier (GBV or obstetric emergency) cases, Bodynia immediately activates the Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) protocol within the critical 72-hour window and connects users directly to the DRC's National Green Line: 0800-99-100. For Green-tier (mild/educational) cases, no ticket is generated; Bodynia may instead orient users to the nearest state-approved pharmacy, free of charge. Discounts and availability may vary by clinic and are subject to change. Bodynia orients users exclusively toward pharmacies, clinics and hospitals registered and approved by the State, to help combat counterfeit and unregulated medicine.

6. Service availability

Bodynia is provided "as is." While we strive for 24/7 availability, connectivity, Telegram platform status, or maintenance may occasionally affect access.

7. Limitation of liability

Bodynia, its developer Reductiona, and partner pharmacies, clinics and hospitals are not liable for outcomes resulting from misuse of the service, from requests outside Bodynia's declared Sexual & Reproductive Health scope, from self-medication taken without pharmacist or clinician confirmation, or from reliance on it in place of professional emergency care.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Bodynia after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
